Our Partner is searching for a  Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team and help drive the growth and development of their company.

In this multifaceted role, you’ll wear many hats—from content creator and graphic designer to event planner and business development pro. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, with your work directly supporting our strategic goals and member experience.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Develop written and visual content for various platforms including email campaigns, websites, blogs, social media, and printed materials
  • Design graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud to support content and branding needs
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve content performance and marketing strategies
  • Represent the organization at meetings, presentations, and community events
  • Coordinate off-site events and meetings, including set-up, breakdown, and materials preparation
  • Foster strong relationships with community and organizational partners through regular engagement and value-driven outreach
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights to guide marketing recommendations
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, delivering presentations, and maintaining relationships

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing; experience in financial services or a similar field is a plus
  • Strong writing skills across print and digital formats for various audiences
  • Proven experience in graphic design and use of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including social media and email campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Georgia and work flexible hours for events as needed
