Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting complex technical accounting matters. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead and support the accounting for equity-based compensation plans, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Participate in the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings and other regulatory reports
  • Analyze and record derivative instruments and other complex financial transactions in accordance with GAAP
  • Research and apply relevant technical accounting guidance (U.S. GAAP) to support new transactions and business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, legal, tax, and treasury to support business objectives and ensure proper accounting treatment
  • Support quarterly and annual audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA preferred
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control practices
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with large ERP systems is a plus
