Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability cases
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Manage case files from inception to resolution
What They're Looking For:
- J.D. and active bar license in Alabama
- 1-3 years of insurance defense or litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
