Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in calculating and accounting for federal and state income taxes and related provisions
• Analyze tax consequences for business combinations and pass-through entity tax accounting
• Assist in the tax return preparation process
• Manage tax payments and investor tax distributions
• Communicate key tax matters with investors, internal teams, and external parties
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset tax records and software

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or master’s in taxation is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of industry or public tax experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in tax and accounting concepts with the ability to bridge the two when necessary
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic
