Senior Network Engineer: Keeping Our Network Strong and Secure

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Network Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our company's critical network infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Be the network guru! You'll manage and maintain all aspects of our network, from hardware and software to configurations and security.
• Become a security champion! You'll implement and maintain robust measures to safeguard our data and systems against cyber threats.
• Collaborate effectively! You'll work closely with internal users, clients, and suppliers, providing technical support and expert guidance.
• Be a problem-solving pro! You'll diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Share your knowledge! You'll provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a strong IT team.
• Stay on top of your game! You'll monitor network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments as needed.
• Take ownership! You'll work independently, handling both technical challenges and business-related aspects of network management.

• Cisco (ASA, FirePower, VoIP, Unified Communications Manager)
• Network troubleshooting tools (packet trace)
• Project management tools (JIRA, Subversion)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook)
• Salesforce & Paychex

• Deep expertise in network infrastructure and devices (WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, controllers)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to visualize solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring abilities
• Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network devices
• A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest network technologies

• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications
• Web protocols proficiency
