Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing best practices for due diligence, acquisition integration, and training processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to handle accounts payable aspects of due diligence and integration initiatives.
- Manage daily integration activities, including data collection and input.
- Support de-integration activities when necessary.
- Act as the accounts payable liaison for new project implementations.
- Develop and deliver training materials to onboard teammates on accounts payable processes.
- Travel may be required for training purposes.
- Assist with setting up accounts for key vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (with ability to build and manage spreadsheets).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
